PROJECT SCOPE:
- Landscaping and development of Existing play ground, indoor and outdoor play courts to meet international standards.
- To provide variety of activities to meet the needs of the local residents.
Aim of the project:
• To develop and improve the overall Landscape character of the complex.
• To develop all indoor and outdoor play courts to international standards.
• To ensure public access and provide a variety of activities for people of all ages and cultures that delights a diverse range of visitors

The playground is designed for all age groups. Survey was conducted to procure requirements of each age group.

ENTRANCE ARCH
Complex has 2 ENTRIES.
- Primary Entrance: Located close to the car parking.
- Secondary Entrance: Dedicated to Pedestrian Traffic. 3 m wide.
DESIGN:
• Designed with different sized precast concrete ring against solid boundary wall
• To define both the primary and secondary entrances.

• Proposed number of parking after survey and evaluation:
• 36 four wheeler parking
• 63 two wheeler parking
• The surface of parking is prepared with interlocking pavers (sand blasted finish).
• The two wheeler parking zoned, immediately close to the entrance.
WALKING AND JOGGING TRACK
TREE COURT
• Tree courts are provided at regular intervals for resting.

CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA
• . Zoned away from all other activities; placed near the jogging/ walking track
• Equipped with all play installations for young kids in a sand filled area.
BASKETBALL AND VOLLEYBALL COURT
• Volley ball and basketball courts are chain link fenced with fiber coating up to a height of 20’.
• Playcourts oriented north – south.
CRICKET AND FOOTBALL GROUNDS
- The play ground measuring 7520 sq m (1.8 acres) accommodates both cricket and football.
- Cricket pitch and other play courts are oriented north south to avoid players having to look into the sun while facing the opposite end of the court.
SKATING RINK
• The surface of the skating rink is finished with polished kota stone with a safety railing of 0.90m high.
